Terms of Service

By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked at checkout. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract and provide accurate account, payment, personalization, and delivery information.

Products and personalization
Product colors and placement may vary slightly from on-screen previews because displays, materials, sizes, and production processes differ. You are responsible for reviewing spelling, names, dates, sizes, device models, vehicle fit, and other selections before ordering. We may reject content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.

Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we confirm it and payment is successfully processed. We may cancel or limit an order because of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, unavailable materials, legal restrictions, or inability to fulfill the requested customization. If we cancel after payment, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Intellectual property
Store content and original designs may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. When you submit text, images, or other personalization content, you confirm that you have the right to use it and authorize us and our production partners to use it only as needed to fulfill your order.

Third-party services
Payments, production, shipping, analytics, and other store functions may be provided by third parties, including Shopify and fulfillment partners. Their services may be governed by additional terms.

Prohibited use
You may not misuse the store, interfere with its security, submit unlawful or infringing content, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store or delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes
We may update these terms as the store, products, or legal requirements change. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
